@@franslam7398I know I’m late but I found the issue. So open the outlook app on laptop or desktop. In the top right hand corner there’s a button to disable the “New outlook”. You need the older version to delete a sent message.

HI! I sent an email to three people. In 10 minutes, i recalled the message as you explained above. I had also ticked the box to receive a notification on whether it was successful or not. Hi Vardhaman, in this case there is a high chance that at least one of the recipient managed to read the email. Open the message that you want to recall. You must double-click to open the message If you have the Classic Ribbon, from the Message tab, select Actions > Recall This Message. Point to Actions and select Recall This Message Click Delete unread copies of this message or Delete unread copies and replace with a new message, and then click OK.
