HELP when i reconile my paypal account in qbo, and i select my transactions "spent" it increases my ending balance, not decrease,. WHY? starting ending match HELP

Are you 100% sure you're looking at the spent column? I'm out town for a few weeks but if you need help ASAP you can email one of the QBO trainers or bookkeeping friends I suggest on www.gentlefrog.com/meeting/ A trainer can look at it with you and walk you through what's wrong. A bookkeeper can reconcile a month for you and give you suggestions on how to manage it going forward.
