How To Record and Edit Xbox One Gameplay for FREE (NO CAPTURE CARD)

In this tutorial I explain how to record Xbox One gameplay footage using the built in game DVR. I also explain that in order to record longer footage times you need to have an external hard drive to have these settings available to you.
On the Xbox One, after recording your gameplay you will be able to move it to the cloud to edit on PC, or edit directly in the software provided for FREE by Microsoft on the Xbox One.

This was helpful. FYI PS4 files have the same ability for transferring via flash drive, you just need USB extension cable to plug in the flash drive to to connect to the PS4 and you can then use it.

Yes, you need a computer though. You buy a 3.0 USB port (3gb or higher recommend) then change the USB from internal to external. Plug the USB into the Xbox and then change the capture setting from internal and external and then you can record for an hour it won't say it can but it will
