Yes you can, if you record to cash bank go to the chart of accounts, click on view register on the cash bank account then find the transaction and click on delete.

This is the video I've been looking for to help me with my quickbooks, but it's so hard to see your screen shot and you saying the steps that I'm needing instead of showing the steps that I need. So I'm just as lost as when I started. Edit: Sorry if I sound frustrated at you. It's not you. I'm frustrated that my EX accountant half-edly set up my QB and mostly did it backwards so I'm picking up pieces trying to learn how to fix it all. (I have a new accountant but they are just doing the taxes, I'm doing the bookkeeping.) So from what I can tell my ex-accountant has my bank deposits going to petty cash and my square cash transactions going to undeposited funds. So I'm guessing this means I need to figure out how to match undeposited funds with petty cash? But I'm not sure how to do that.

Any tips for undeposited funds showing balance but register is balanced to the penny? Thanks!

Sometimes there may be a balance due to the payment was received in one month but didn’t clear until the following month. Go to the end of you undeposited funds list on your balance sheet. Check the last transactions and see if they clear on the next month. If that’s the case then you are fine. Also click on the plus sign, then select deposit to make sure it is clear.

Hi! After adding the cash transaction from "For Review", is it correct that it shows as "Added to: Sales Receipt" in the "Reviewed" tab?

Justine, after you add it is send as a sales receipt to undeposited funds. You need to record from undeposited funds to the cash on hand bank account.
