This is a short video explaining how to capture true stereo delay (from the Strymon Timeline) into your DAW without having to use two cabinets or two amps, etc.
Using a preamp (in this case the Grace M-101), you can send the recorded mic single from your amp into a stereo delay pedal (in this case the Strymon Timeline).
From there each output channel (left and right) from the delay pedal goes into your USB/Firewire recording interface.
Each channel can then be assigned separate tracks in your DAW. These tracks are then easily panned left and right, which creates a stereo effect.
