Thanks so much! My first attempt turned out pretty well. I replaced the cracked vinyl cushions on old wooden folding chairs with a nice new material. I also replaced the foam padding. Much nicer now, thank you!

Great tutorial thank you. I am picking up a FB marketplace dining set with 6 chairs with seat cushions. They are are in great shape and I didn’t notice any stains but the fabric pattern isn’t my vibe so I’m thinking of reupholstering them and was worried I would somehow ruin them by doing so, but this video really does help to ease my fears!

Hey J...this method has been My true & true technique....Working with a vinyl can be a bit more tricky but the steps will be the same...You may have to pull the fabric a bit tighter & use more staples. Hey motivate4change Usually there is a way to remove the bottom. If you cannot locate the screw connections, it may be because it's covered by fabric, wood or metal. Problem for me, the screws fall out of the chairs and won't stick back to the frame.

HeyTrypleD I must apologize for My late response...I lost both of My Parents this year...6 months apart, so I'm finally catching up on things. Your screws have stripped the holes making them too loose, I would try a slightly bigger screw in width not length to see if they grip...let me know how everything turned out.
