@dhananjaychoudhary439 Ik how you feel it's been about 4 weeks for me and I can't take it anymore but I have to try and be patient 😭

@@izk4773 it's been exactly 100 days since i started treating my knee ,you gotta be patient indeed ,you should aim for at least 9-12 months worth of training,dieting , PT , some yoga shit and medication ..,you can't imagine how much i want to go back to doing things that i used to do before the injury but can't simply risk it (yet ), you don't want to throw away all the efforts that u put in to your recovery , just think about the progress you've made since you started treating your injury and keep getting better

Could runner's knee come from inactivity as well? I work at the computer a lot and often find myself only getting up to do chores or cook so I don't get a lot of exercise in.also it's a slight dull burning pain round both of the knees, does that sound familiar?
@footballeditz7159 Жыл бұрын
Yes I also spend most of the time in front of Computer and when I run or walk after a period of time I have a slight burning pain in the knees Or if I play Football After 2 weeks that pain comes in the way when running

What about jumping and squatting? By the way when you run if you land on the heel it's gonna put alot of pressure on your knees.

Same it’s only when I run , it’s like when it absorbs the shock from my foot planting I get a very uncomfortable throbbing pain below my knee cap and then it becomes terribly uncomfortable. It hurts the most when my heel makes contact with the ground so I’m going to try and run with my front foot and kinda be easy on the heel . I need this shit to go away lol cause I. Have basic training coming up . Or else it’s going to be a painful time haha 😅

@@Epixplayz2 I have suffered through this condition, It took me 2 weeks to recover completely. I do excess cardio and running, I did not stop it completely during recovery but did it on alternate days. It will recover more faster for you if you rest more.
