Do you think Aputure would sell the 4x box separately? I've bought four single lights but it would be great to have the I/O and ease of transportation of the box as well.

I thought of the same thing! I sure hope so at some point. Because I think rental houses would want to have four pack cases they could rent out. Plus they make sense for the 2-ft tubes to have a smaller case for those. So I don't have a definitive answer but we will be encouraging it.

what top handle are you guys using and how many pieces of extension have?

We are using the smallrig universal top handle with one of their extensions. I think they may have discontinued it, which is sad cause its a great handle.

Yea that case was/is horrible as far as weight goes for the 8 kit. It also got caught on a lots of stuff. I'll prbably be buying the case alone to replace using that 8 kit case.
