Wow, great tutorial!! I needed something like this! At a certain level of complexity but not too much and really well explained. Thank you very much Matt!

how did you learn all this man
@MattMcCool0 Жыл бұрын
Just a lot of curiosity and obsessive tinkering, I guess. Everything builds on top of each epiphany. Learning becomes exponential. Plus, the Fusion community is the most friendly and giving group out there. There's no gatekeeping, we just want to expose more people to this incredibly underrated and powerful software.

@@MattMcCool0 Were you using Nuke or Flame or Shake or AE before Fusion?
@MattMcCool0 Жыл бұрын
@@rano12321 I did some basic tracking, keying, modifying templates in Ae before. Nothing from scratch though. I sometimes watch Nuke tutorials but I've never used it.

Can you recreate John Wick 4 title?

I think it would be pretty similar to a lot of these material concepts with some character rotation. We can look into it 🙂

You should have showed us the lighting process from beginning. In order to teach your method you should show us from scratch. I could not finish due to the lighting process that you had pre done. Makes no sense to have those done in advance. Thumbs down on the teaching and you went entirely fast. My perspective on this.

What an arrogant attitude you have! What you need to consider is that instead of hating on this exceptional and outstanding tutorial for being too far above your head for your simple mind to comprehend, instead, you could learn some things on your OWN by watching some easier tutorials. If you do, you'll understand why many of us actually admire and praise post's such as this. It's FREE and still (IMHO) it teaches us a few things about: "THE GOOD STUFF" - that is, the stuff that others won't tell you unless you spend $$$ to buy their 'premium content, and the kind of stuff that will take your own comps to the next level. Have you ever been shown how to build a custom material shader before? Do you know the difference between a blinn and a phong? How bout a cook-torrence? Have ever tried texture mapping before? Do you know the difference between a metallic and a specular workflow? Do you know what I even mean by that? Probably not, since I've already read this post and heard how you hold contempt and disapproval for how this FREE TUTORIAL is too advanced for you to understand, and how you think the presenter (JW) should slow down and let you catch up while the rest of the class waits. You should be THANKING the author for sharing his knowledge instead of hating on him because he speaks in tongues you don't understand... (Heavy sight) Perhaps you should give up Fusion and take up crayons you whiny little schmuck!
