The problem I keep running into is that after a point Linkedin limits my searches. They figure out I am trying to recruit. How do you circumvent this? One guy told me I needed more contacts, but how many is enough?

Yes, at some point eventually you'll need LinkedIn Recruiter. The more contacts you can add the broader your network will be, so try and keep adding contacts on a regular basis.

The main restrictions LinkedIn puts after 5 searches is that it limits the results. Even if you go to a recent job post and than want to browse employees, you still get that limit. This step as a whole does not make sense. How can we determine that the company posting a recent job may have employees who want to leave ?

Hi Brianna, thanks for the insight, I never knew that we can "offer" the company about our pipeline on LinkedIn. However I would like to ask you, how much can you be confident to "offer" your pipeline to the recruiters? I am a recruiter in a small recruitment firm, and the first thing that pops into my mind is "would our pipeline be satisfying for their company?". Or is there another step before that, which is making sure we do have the data that would be qualified for this position? Thank you

Hello Brianna. First of all congratulation for your video's. It is indeed lot more smart to contact directly the manager. From my own experience I can say that for many times it is a big difference when you speak directly with the manager and when you speak with an HR recruiter. I had for few times the surprise that the Hr recruiter some of them are not very experienced, others are following just strictly the lines of the job require. Some good candidates can be lost. But what if you contact the manager and he gives you the contact of their internal recruiter, how you respond from here further ? To not forget that the propose is to speak directly with the manager to present your candidate. Regards and thank you.
@TheMillionaireRecruiter4 жыл бұрын
Whoever is the one that will be reviewing your candidate submittals or who you'll be working with on a day to day basis is the one you want to build the relationship with. It varies between clients. Some contacts of mine are with the internal recruiting team and some are with the engineering managers or VP/CTOs. So you need to adjust your approach depending on who your contact is.
