Is upper eyelid swelling also due to a poor lymphatic drainage system? Upper lids tend to look much more swollen in the AM verses throughout the day

Ma’am every time i wake up in the morning i encounter my eyes puffed up and my eyelids droopy.. my cheeks are all swollen and my nose swells and contracts and this entire thing really wrecks my mind.. how am I supposed get away with it? I completely had cut sugar form my diet and it did help me with puffiness but not completely. How do I completely yeet it out if my life..? Can u please guide me through the process of it
