Hello like your website, but it would be nice if you would use larger models. Some of us are big and we get lymphedema.

The thumbnail for the video is a pic of my right ankle. But here’s the catch. I spent 9 months off/on out of town in the hospital with my teenage son, cancer treatment. So long days, just sitting. In the afternoons, I would leave the hospital and go somewhere to get away, walk in stores, mall. After he finished treatment, (he’s done well) , surgery, life returned to more normal, except I was exhausted. But I was an avid walker so I returned to walking. One afternoon, I went to the park, walked about a mile. Got home. My leg, what’s going on? Bizarre. It was like my lower right leg, the matrix supporting the skin, had collapsed. It was crazy. Skin collected at the ankle, especially the front, but all around it. Thus, the photo on your video. It was not swelling. Just loose skin. My lower leg, other than the ankle area is not swollen or anything. It did ache for a short time but that was 2016 and it is fine, No pain, or pitting, or heaviness. I walk about 10 miles/wk. and have no problem. It does seem to be improving as I am back to more regular walks. I thought perhaps lymphedema but it doesn’t seem to fit.

Hi I have this mainly left foot and leg but iv never had a operation was told could be my blood pressure tablets

Why would you have a drug reaction in your left leg and not your right leg? Has your condition actually been diagnosed as lymph edema? If it is from something else, like venous insufficiency or bloodclots, there is different treatment. As the doctor says (she has a doctorate!), contact your MD ASAP.

Does anyone happen to know if it's possible for the tissue on the bottom of the foot to swell lymphatically? I have lymph edema in my legs and lately, by the end of the day, it feels like I am walking on lumps. If this is possible, will the garments ease it?

What’s the difference between lymphedema and edema?
@FueledbyJohn3 ай бұрын
It occurred as sudden onset, in my 20s Years of asking for help and them not doing much, it can be hard as wearing compression makes my legs bleed, and it does have times of painful soreness and warmth, and they want to discharge me.. Despite no resolution.

@FueledbyJohn - If you do have lymph edema, you should get a referral to a physical therapist that specializes in lymph edema. That person can show you what to do to treat your condition. --------- Larger hospitals and medical centers (especially those with strong cancer departments) have Lymph edema programs. See if you can get an appointment with people in such a program. I have been treated by the lymph edema clinic at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. They helped me a lot.
