Guys. I did the begging and pleading thing. And she came back. But things were never the same after. We were no longer equals and we could both sense it. She started acting out way more than before and I was tolerating way more. Up to the point we have broke up again. So I say the lesson is to never beg. Ever. Even if you were in the wrong. Feel free to apologise once and then be on your way. If a woman comes back it MUST be her choice or things get worse in the long run.

I have watched probably every video that I need for myself and for my ex...I feel like a new person. In the beginning I begged her. And now I feel good without her in my life. In my situation I messed up and she broke up with me I did all the pleading and begging already and now I have gone no contact but I’m learning that she’s already in dating apps. What do I do now ? Do I just completely move on or what do I do? I got way to in my emotions and she wanted space and eventually get back together after she had some space. I begged, showed up at her place without asking and she blocked me from everything and says she will never get back with me again. Is it truely over for me? I feel like an idiot. Coach Danny, my bf and I broke up 3 months ago after living together for a year. He left me because of my insecurities and jealousy. It was not a dicision he made lightly. I have not done anything correctly during these 3 months post breakup. I kept messaging him, calling him, begging him, crying, threatening him, blaming him etc. I really messed everything up. I think there is nothing you can do after now especially if they are in a new relationship. You have to walk away far and move on. Very far. Hide from him if you have to for a while to build your confidence and reinvent yourself.
