Pacra have updated their process. I registered my company online during quarantine (December 2020). I called customer services to verify a concern and they were super helpful. So definitely do it online if you can

Just for the registration yes. However, like the name clearance the price has already increased. The full price list is available on the website (apparently it's cheaper if you do it online).
