Hello . Yes, it is possible to select the free score recipients for your TOEFL iBT after completing the payment. You can add or remove up to four recipients through your ETS account until 10 p.m. (local test center time) on the day before your test. www.ets.org/toefl/test-takers/ibt/scores/send-scores.html
