App based access of books is provided with registration. Hards copies you have to buy separately.

Not Compulsory. You can use either passport or DL as a identification proof. You can register for exam without ID. You can submit it later.

Yes you can ... You have to submit your ID later and not at the time of registration.

Yes. If you are planning to appear for FRM Part I then you have to register for only Part I. First time fees is (one time) registration+ FRM part I exam fees. After clearing Part I you have to pay only Part II fees.
