Hello Emma. I am a Turkey citizen that who has got a grammar knowledge, which is between intermediate and upper intermediate. I often hear linking in some of these: Hold-on, end-up, watch-out, catch-on, keep-it-up, kind-of, does-it, make-a, a-lot-of, on-a, Can you hold-on-a minute? ... etc.

Absolutely, Alexey! Phrasal verbs are a GREAT way to practise consonant-to-vowel linking because most verbs end in a consonant, and many prepositions start with a vowel! 🙌
