After that, you will feel so much more relaxed and happy. 2) Spend a whole day without your phone or computer. The benefits will show themselves, I promise ♥️ 3) Join a new activity club! Tatjana C I get loads of home work too, I have a time table and take 3 hours through out the night/day, I make sure that I eat first before I do homework, after I do that I treat myself to a snack and a bath doing the things that I love for 1 hour, then if I have anymore homework then I will do it, this helps loads! Hope it helps you

I have sleeping problems. I was Diagnosed with this thing that when I’m asleep I’m crying and Screaming. But I don’t see anything or feel anything, it’s very weird. It started when I was 3 years old- and I need to listen to something soft and musical to fall asleep.

My favorite thing to do when I’m stressed out or have something on my mind is to color! I just started to color in my coloring book everyday. That’s actually one goal I do everyday, to color at least one page from the coloring book. I feel like it’s helped me a lot and I now am going to start to read again. I used to read A LOT when I was younger but now I don’t really anymore. That’s going to be one of my other goals in a day too.

this is how i calm down get markers or coloring pencils u know colors and some paper draw a random life while doing that know that each line is a problem and your letting it on the paper, make it colorful, this is great when u cant stop feeling low and cant stop crying, no one may ever see it but im glad to share it anyway

Wish (about a girl who is sent to live with a family she barely knows) 4. On a one from 10, my stress level is 9. This might not help other people, but when I’m stressed, I LOVE cleaning. I also love doing a self spa, like taking a bath, doing a face mask and lotion, and doing my nails. I have a bunch, so I will make a list! -Playing with a pet -Reading a book -Turning on mood lights and put on relaxing music -Have a dance party with great music -Letting my thoughts out (ex: writing in a diary) -Taking a walk Hope the things I love help you out!

I personally like to be alone when I’m stressed just to think through why I’m stressed and what to do to fix it. I also love playing hotel hideaway I have friends on there that I talk to and they help me.

I have panic disorder and ptsd and I love reading. I recently found a great book that really helps. It's called calm and it's by Fearne Cotton. Reading at least 3 pages a day and watching Natalie has all in all reduced stress a lot- thanks for all you do Natalie ☺️💖 Lots of love sent all the way from England! 🤗😘

My stress level from 1-10 right now is 10. I really wish it werent but it is, sadly. I try to breathe, count, and relax when stressed, angry, or about to cry. For long term stress, I like to take a walk, take a bath, read a book, or watch your videos about how to deal with stress 😁❤

Brielle Porter OMG hope you don’t lose your horse, my horse fell ill a couple of days ago, it WAS NOT good, luckily he was fine the next day. All that you can have is hope and that’s what got me through out the day 👍🏻💗

Natalie you help me so much, my life was all about the internet, I started writing cards for people that are my friends and I felt a lot closer to them after and it made me feel good. With your video how to wake up early when I do wake up early now I feel so fresh I’m just like wow I wokup at 5am I can have more time to be with my self and love ❤️ my self.
