Exactly what I need! Just about recovered from a left rotator cuff tendinopathy and want to get back to running but avoid whatever bad habit it was the caused my injury! Thanks

Just want to say thank you for this video! I did the exercises today before heading out for a run and WOW, what a difference it made. I ran stronger and felt so much better. I will definitely be doing this regularly as well as bringing consciousness to my shoulders when moving in general, not just running.❤

I've seen the arm circles in other videos. Love 'em. They're a staple of my warmup routine. They're especially great if it's chilly outside.
