Hey my name is Joel and im 17 years old. I've been watching especially the Shi Heng Yi podcasts and I love the energy of him and yourself. I've been training since I was 15 and I know exactly what Shi Heng Yi was talking about, however I've never thought about it that way. I was just lucky that I used my anger of being bullied etc. for training the correct way and learning new things. Thanks for sharing.

You’re very inspiring! I didn’t begin to learn these things till my thirties. I was an angry martial artist without Buddha Heart. Directing yourself this early is huge to the world around you. Very good work friend.

Deadass which is why I took the time to watch myself. I feel disgusted for what a detective cop done to me which why I came to this point to move my fire to something that will benefit me

When you face those bullies, be firmly grounded and strong but remember that they are the way they are because they are suffering from lack of love and acceptance. They are hurt and angry, and do not know how to channel or transform that energy, and it causes more separation. Lacking love and acceptance in their lives, they have not been able to develop compassion, so they are suffering all alone in their minds. If we could physically defeat every bully in the world we would not change the world, and would in fact make it worse. We would be adding to the karma of violence and separation and the cycle of retribution that has kept it alive for thousands of years. The only way to change the world for the better is to dissolve the energy of anger and violence and channel it into love and compassion and connection; In our words and actions toward others, but first in ourselves. In the practice of martial arts, especially this one, we develop self respect and responsibility and strength so that we can first protect ourselves, and then expand to include our family and community, and ultimately to include all sentient beings. We fight to win, but to find ourselves so divided from each other that we have to fight is a kind of failure, itself.

Sweat quenches the fire. It won’t extinguish it, but it makes it useful. Use your anger in this manner. Discipline allows you to direct your frustration into something constructive. Fire conditions the sword and allows you to use it with honor and compassion…so you can be proud of yourself. I’ve learned this the hard way but now enjoy its rewards.

The "I'll show them all/prove them wrong" fire has gotten me through life's hard times and over career hurdles, but now it's burning me up. Great advice about how to convert it through compassion. I was stuck there but now I can adjust, thank you. Great interview!🙏🙌

You should meditate on it. And meditate on other things like fear as well. You may begin to realize everything is fire when you do to varying degrees. All chemical reactions for example which are always occurring everywhere. Everything has some fire in it

THIS is how we break our chains and overcome the dark matrix that’s enslaved us; not with soul-poisoning hate for our enemies, but with love for our fellow humans motivating our actions & unwavering faith that we can be better, that we are MORE than what they’ve told us we are…and that the Best is Yet to Come Last summer, everything the Master is saying was lain on my heart in nothing short of an out-of-the-blue revelation. So to hear him articulate this concept has left me shaken . Thank you for amplifying this philosophy

I knew it when I was a kid what I know as a practitioner now. This is no different than alchemy. Inner alchemy but nonetheless. Same as witchcraft or any esoteric truth we all should know of. You beliefs, your commitment to yourself and goals, how to manifest, and to use your energy. This is our birthright. It's what all the books all the legends and hidden phrases and twists like in religious books, ancient texts and hieroglyphics, occult, confusing signs and symbols are all about. Crazy times we live in. Beautiful how we are all connected all one. Love you all I hope this vid resonates. Go inward.

The things, master Shi Heng Yi, teaches us, are essential for the "western way of life" - so, that we overcome our addictions and leave our "comfort zone", which makes us all weak. Strenght, together with consciousness and an open heart is the road to success /freedom. Thank you so much, master Shi Heng Yi.....

I was taking notes and a thought crossed my mind, what is life supposed to be beyond this play of cause and effect? Every action we take in the present moment is because of some choice we made in the past! Master spoke about energy and when I tried to break it down, I didn't know how to define it. Conclusion - Feels like I never truly lived my life.
