This expression of our Cosmic Source is so beautiful,powerful and such a unique transmission of our God realization. I have observed many wonderful expressions of our pure Self Nature on U-Tube and Shi Heng - Li is so incredibly inspirational because he reveals where your rubber meets your road or situation. He speaks so passionately, plainly and sincerely with the heart of experience. He walks his talk. I feel so empowered by his dynamic presence and expression.👌

This vid changed my life. Devastated with terrible news from doctors, I was in deep depression and questioned why I should keep going. This helped me to remember that life is impermanent and everything in life is impermanent, and that I need to be able to let go of things or I’m just going to be angry all the time.

I am fully going with ancient teachings now. Right at beginning of this interview where the Master explains that he is taking away from the student instead of adding something, resonates with me deeply. I only discovered his teachings few days ago, but already feel inner shine increasing. Good stuff.
@thejabberwocky1488 Жыл бұрын
I discovered these teachings a couple days ago as well. However, I’ve been on my journey through many confusing times and hardships that led to addiction and ultimately, my recovery. I’ve discovered through my recovery that some, if not many, of these teachings, specifically from his standpoint plus many others such as Hermetic Principles, Upanishadic and Vedic Principles, Taoist and some others, have just blossomed into something more than I even knew existed within me. It’s beautiful. Just continues to let me know I’m on the right path, and that I can walk that path with balance through any terrain the path becomes. Peace within chaos, Nate🫶🏻

His spiritual being is probably Bruce Lee. Reincarnated into this Shi Heng Yi. In previous lifetime Bruce Lee did not live long enough to teach his philosophy to the world but in this lifetime Heng Yi get to express his teachings to the world. We spiritual being are an immortal being and inhabit biological lifeforms to gain knowledge. Any lifeforms that gained spiritual enlightenment will remember who they are, What they are, where they came from? They would have some of their spiritual memories living their previous life as a biological lifeforms. The ultimate goal for all sentient lifeforms on planet earth is to acquired their spiritual enlightenment so you would not be a prison to this world. Evolved yourself above the frequency of the two ancient technologies that imprisoned your spiritual being on this prison planet.

I practiced Kung fu at 17 for three years and it gave my life everything Shi Heng Yi is talking about. I thought everyone saw life this way, but I found out is not true so, in my small way I try to give some of my knowledge from experience to my friends, co workers and family with my actions. Not an easy task but one that gives only more knowledge. I have so much to learn and now, I believe I would like to try going to Germany and find out what it may come to enrich my life. This is so deep and liberating. This is Vedanta at an understandable level for layman. As Swami Vivekananda said, the only motto of Vedanta is Fearlessness. Freedom is not for weak, physically and spiritually; survival of fittest is not about British strength and domination. It is more about being aware, being strong and yet being adjusting, being caring, compassionate and cooperative. It is a boon to be given a human body and intellect and live; most of us never realise the beautiful gift of life, knowledge within a small capsule of time we have. We live like mindless zombies, being driven by greed and an insatiable thirst for pleasure. As someone succinctly put it, "Everybody wants to go to heaven, but no one wants to die!" Thanks master for the pearls of wisdom🙇🏽🙇🏽🙇🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I have never heard a man, and a young man, pardon me young master that every single word he uttered I agree with 1000 percent. I have been putting the work in and preparing everything in my life that I will be able to leave my home, cars, bank, responsibilities behind to focus and achieve so that i can come to give as much as I will take from this temple and this MASTER. I am so humbe, so grateful for you and Sadghuru. But even more so you and the temple and the monks you have cultivated. To tend to the animals or the landscaping two things i love but require me to be physical moving all day doing labor to pull my share at the temple amongst the people I have most looked up to ever since I either learned of there existence, or because of BUDDHISM.

I’m still struggling to focus but I came across this guy today and I’ve been watching these videos all day. I have done a bit of martial arts and listening to him I already knew a lot of what he was saying but I also felt inspired and got some answers that I think i already knew deep down. I’m so glad I’ve found him and already want to go to the monastery. I need to change my mind and my life because there’s a bit of darkness right now. This has given me some help as to what to do. I love this master already. Such great philosophies. I’m definitely going to find out more.

I came across shi heng yi teachings just over 5-6 months ago. I am intrigued with just how much I have learnt about developing self discipline..(a sort of disconnecting myself away from the confusions of the outside world as it helped me to concentrate on the teachings. The one challenge I came face to face with is - how dedicated am I to make that huge change of direction in my life journey. Due to the sudden passing of one of my youngest brother's in late October 2023 , I spent the last couple of months searching my inner heart of hearts. I had a feeling asthough there was something within my inner self..( which felt like a small emptiness which has been there since my childhood ). Even while continuing with shi heng yi breathing & the 8 martial art exercise teachings... .._ I began to notice how my mind thought patterns were untangling - Enabling me to concentrate more on the whole body , mind, soul- & adapting into personal spiritual connection teachings. I am so grateful to come across the Shi Heng Yi Teachings. Thank-You .

So much resonates with life. Gaining confidence thinking you have it then life hits you back down, numerous times. Following different teachings thinking this teaching is the one but it's all the teachings that matter. You ultimately figure out your own way through all the teachings. You can't be nice and agreeable all the time, you need the strength to be a warrior in different situations and vice versa. I started martial arts 7 weeks ago. It pushes you to your limits but I find myself preparing everyday. I started running every day, iv started jump rope (alot of jumping and being on the balls of your feet). And incorporating practise of the art everyday. Never in my life have I done something like this for myself. Thank you!!!

MB - Many blessings for the full video of this meeting. The shorts are nice and valuable but incomplete. Thank you doesn't have the gratitude for sharing this full version. The key to masterfulness is assistance in guidance. Master Shi Heng Yi Thank you for taking from me assembling a path of less resistance with strength peace and balance. I may be alone but I do not walk alone. I am curious how to use this to healthfully help children.

Thank you Master 🙏 You have reawakened the fire that burns inside me. I am a 64 years young man who became interested in Shaolin KungFu when I was young. I didn't have financial means or proper physical development to train in martial arts. I had a lot of time spent inside myself and books. I have meditated and experienced what we understand as nonlocalized consciousness. Through the Buddhist teachings I have experienced the realm of nonlocalized consciousness. As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, I became in the mindset of less contact with people. It was like a self imposed prison. I am now working to free myself of that mindset. It seems that when I have needed to get out of the darkness. I would receive wisdom from the ancestors through direction from someone with knowledge of the ancient ways of the Shaolin monastery. I can not 🙏🙏🙏 To you enough for sharing these teachings with everyone and at this critical time relighting that spark has presented me with the path to return to the role that I have chosen to pursue. Master? How do you know what my mindset is while I am listening to your voice here? You describe me and my behavior right at this moment and I am floored with emotional energy throughout my nervous system. You have helped me light the path back to helping people realize who they truly are. 😌🙏🙏

All respect! He reminds me of the old Bruce Lee interviews speaking about Philosophy. I’d love to speak face to face with him one day, maybe on my KZbin channel to help spread message for mental health. INSPIRING ✌️🙏.

My favorite comment was when Shi said the only thing on common with man and woman is that we are both human ❤ love it. He is not woke. 🎉🎉🎉
