I just got mine yesterday. I’ve been suffering with this for 13 years. Spent sooo much money on MRIs, ultrasounds and blood work thinking I had a hernia or cancer or who know what. First time that I used it and couldn’t believe my back pain troll went on vacation or something because today I woke up with no pain on my lower back.

Just received mine. I have been in chronic pain for 7 Yrs, no one knows why. My acupuncturist just informed me Iliopsoas is spasming and all this time I thought it was back muscles. ( it has been so bad, it has kept me in bed during this pandemic. I couldn’t even stand to make a sandwich, I have not cooked a meal in 30+ days.)Hence I purchased you product. Trying it tonight, heating my muscles first.

It did work, yes it did... Thank you so much. I used the orange ball to open it up a little and then the Pso Rite, OMG. It helped so much. I also combined it with a massage, when I could, and has resolved 90% of my pain. I am still managing other muscles around my hip using block therapy. Thank you, thank you. So glad I purchased your Pso Rite.

This is a nice little tool and if money isn't an object, why not? It is however crazy that a simple plastic mold that couldn't really cost more than 80 cents or so to pour can get sold for north of $75 with taxes. You will know exactly what I mean when you pull it from the box for the first time. It is very similar to a wheel stand for a stationary bike that you ride in your living room. Other than that, practice with it and see what you get. I'm on day 2 with this and plan on using it each day for the next two weeks to see if I can make some progress around a few tight muscles in that area. Good luck. FYI, the handle on a kettlebell is a close substitute from my experience but not as clean and easy to do but you can get there. Thanks for the video

Pso rite fixed my erectile dysfunction. I had it bad for about a year. Had all sorts of blood tests and medical exams to find out what was wrong. I was super depressed. One day i used the pso rite on my low back and it released a massive trigger point and i started getting full erections that evening. No issues since then

I had a situation where I used to cycle a lot. I started getting such bad pain in my left testicle I thought it was a cyst or maybe cancer. Like you I went to get my bloods checked and a physical but nothing came of it. Anyway a year or so of testicle, low back pain and even digestive issues later I found my psoas trigger point and released it. I literally felt the muscle leg go like a warm melting and my back and testicle pain left instantly. As well as that I started doing some major farts and everything started moving normally again. Such an important muscle group that not many people are aware of and can affect so much. Really important to strengthen then muscle after release and stretching too though to maintain its health. Mine usually gets tight again when I sit too much or don’t use it!

Does releasing a muscle cause it to become more flexible, or does it just make it feel better? I'd like to stretch out my Psoas, but Psoas stretches hurt my lower back due to having scoliosis. So I'd like to find a way to stretch my psoas without having to put my back or hips into too much hyperextension...

I would start by locating my psoas muscle. Google some images and find it with your fingers. Helps a lot if you pull your knee up to your chest while pressing into your abdominal cavity along the edge of your oblique muscle. Work your way down and in, along the front edge of your hip bone, which is where it attaches to your hip.

The psoas muscle is a deep muscle within your core. It connects your lower skeletal system to the upper. Connects to the hips and it also attaches to lower part of your diagram so proper breathing through the stretches is important. Unfortunately, this video doesn’t cover how to properly breathe through a stretch. You want to inhale at the top of the stretch and and then as you move through the stretch, slowly exhale. Hold stretch for a few breaths. If it’s too uncomfortable, release, and start over. It’s also important to do each stretch about 3 times- you will be able to go deeper each time and it helps build the memory in the muscle (that’s not a scientific way of describing but best I can think of to describe). I took a body movement class for a rev credit in college. The instructor was a dancer. He was the best I’ve seen so far from all the 100’s of videos I’ve watched over the years, and classes- even yoga classes, on stretches from “experts” on how crucial the breathing is to improving your stretch!! You will be amazed at how many gains you can make in lengthening your muscles in just a few days by simply taking 15 minutes after exercise to properly stretch - 3 reps at least in each side with proper breathing. You will immediately feel difference when you do it right.
