There are lots of people in our church who are not members, attend online or in person 6x a year but slip through the cracks, never get invited to volunteer, invited to join a small group, or attend sunday school. They may not even come to coffee hour.

I totally understand the idea that just a number of people in the pews is not indicative of much, but we do need to track who is making connection with us either in person or online. If someone who used to attend doesnt anymore, we need to know about that so we can contact them and see if they need ministering to.

This may be a stupid question, but how do you follow up with someone through KZbin? Obviously on Facebook, people can like your comment and you can follow up with them through their profile, but how can they "like" a comment and you follow up with them on KZbin? Thanks SO much for all you do!

Same question here. Tried it this weekend and realized people can’t like comments in the live KZbin chat, and you can’t pin a comment on KZbin live/premiere unless you have at least 1,000 subscribers.

Can you go into some detail about what "counts" as attendance/viewership on KZbin? And how we can learn WHO these people are? Thanks!

KZbin won't give you too much personal data on your viewers or subscribers. But head to your KZbin Studio page and click on the 'Analytics' section to see demographic data.

Hey Harry - it could be helpful if you have different audiences for your podcast and KZbin channel, or are building separate audiences, however, if your audience is basically the same on both it might be redundant. 😊

Questions: (Not related to this particular video): During our current crisis our Church has gone to live streaming services to Facebook Live. We have been using an Iphone. I am curious are there Microphone suggestions for Iphone that we could use to catch sound from a distance? (We are only allowed 5 people to do all filming and the service so we don't have a lot of help). One person has a Canon M50 - I saw a wifi button on the camera. Is there a way to use a Canon M50 for facebook live? Lastly, since so many churches are in the same place it would be great to do a video on basic for video of a church service. I know our entire staff has been watching your videos, I am sure other churches are looking for help as well.
