I appreciate your time and effort to making us smaller church social media managers have a clear cut path to do our work. Ever since I begun following your steps bruh... The work has been defined coincise and we're slowly making progress... It will take time but we will get there! Keep doing what you're doing inspiring and helping creators like us put the churches out there so that in the end God's name will be glorified, thank you brother!

I noticed at the beginning of the video that list of places were most if not all in the northeast. My church is in the northeast, and I was concerned that region might affect our growth. This video clearly shows it won't. Thanks Brady! We may need to expand on the platforms we post on.

As a smaller church, what camera would you recommend us getting to get good video of our services? Of course, as a smaller church, our budget is minimal...

Last year I watched a lot of your videos and changed my entire strategy for social media. My pastor also had me meet with a social media expert who pretty much told me the same thing I learned from you. I used to post about events only. My schedule now is Tuesday - Friday or Saturday, and I post 2 sermon reels, 1 reflection post or reel, 1 worship post or reel and a sermon series reel. I also post some events. The bad thing is I never checked my analytics. Recently, I did. I compared it to the same time last year when I did it the "old" way. I am shocked but views have dramatically gone down in both IG & FB. I now do YT but I have nothing to compare it to. Have you happened to see this before? My content is good (I think), and I am consistent. One thing I tried to do is engagement post but no one ever responded so I rarely do those types of post

It's not easy to diagnose something like this I'm afraid because of how many potential variables contribute on social. First thing I'd look at is, how did you collect reports for one year compared to the previous?

This is great Brady, but was wondering… Could you do some tips and tricks on how to grow small Christian youtube channels as well? I’ve been compiling some music content, but I want my content to be seen by many more people. I’ve used YT shorts, and those have been pretty successful for small worship clips, but there are some videos on KZbin that don’t do as well. Obviously my focus is to do this for the King, but just wanted some insight on how to grow on KZbin!

I know you don’t have a course but I almost wish you did or I was able to learn from your staff. I’m working the #noweeksoff with my church but see little no growth. Just wish I knew what I was doing wrong or if there something more I could be doing.

Brady would you apply these tips to Non-Profits as well? I work for a pretty well known Christian non-profit that is focused on youth but of course fundraising as well. I’m wondering how much of your content do you feel is applicable to us.

What is your definition of a small or smaller church? Is it 150-300 members in-person weekly? My church, on a good Sabbath, gets 12 people max and I am one of them and everyone in plus-50. We use live streaming and I am trying to use KZbin to just post a trimmed down version of the sermon each week. Do you have any advice for such a tiny church and do you have any advice on how to know what would make good content for our reels? Our budget is super limited and small so we cannot really spend too much on services.

When talking about the local part of shorts, how important is it to use the location feature for every short? Is just having the city in the profile enough or do you need to tag the church location in each video? I ask because I signed up for a service to allows me to post to multiple social media outlets from one spot and pull in metrics but for Tiktok, you can only tag a location from the app.

Hey Brady, our church lost access to our Facebook page during a leadership transition. The previous pastor was the only admin and he removed himself from the page. The page currently has no admin and we can’t find a way to get it back. We had 1.6 followers and would love to get that back but can’t seem to make it happen. Have you guys run into this before?
