Any tips for the pelvis stretches when I cant really get one of his legs/knees to bend?? Wiggling isn’t working! Same with stretching the arm overhead it’s hard to get it up there he resists so much! Thank you!

These are the ones we want them to be able to do comfortably! We would recommend using your thumbs to massage the hip flexors and glutes. To get the arms overhead, we love rubbing under the armpits to encourage loosening up! You could also look at our sacral pumping videos - great for loosening the pelvis as well 🤍

@@rahmayusuf6743 Getting on all 4s will be important for crawling and into walking. Keep encouraging short bouts of time on all 4s as well as working on her core [ we have a few on our KZbin page 🤍]
