Download the Windowed Mod, the shader compilation time will be reduced a lot. Look for the mod "Improved Fast Load" u game will skip the intro and menu and reduce the waiting time. Nice video!

I'm still amazed how modders managed to get ragdoll physics into the game, even if it's a bit jank. This is a really fantastic compilation, alongside the specific settings with the graphical mods and such that breaks visuals or hog too much performance. It's a lot better than the usual clickbait you see of "GTA SA WITH RAYTRAYCING NEXT GEN GFX" and it's full of wet roads and unfitting car models. Appreciate the pastebin as well with all the links. I had to get rid of those ragdoll physics, cause they were really making some missions 100 times harder. For example "Wrong Side Of Tracks", which was impossible to finish with the physics. The guys always fell down on the train, and then miraculously stand up. The physics are a great thing, but still they really need to be worked on.

Thanks for using my mods and my site! This vehicle pack (AVP Reborn 2) is super old, the updates are on MixMods now, not moddb (my girlfriend has no access to her moddb account anymore). But, seriously? Why not use Widescreen Fix? 16:9 aspect ratio is a must have for any modern game.

And I also, for some reason, couldn't get it to run properly in my game(a lot of crashes). As to the Widescreen Fix, I kid you not I had no idea that it's such a deal breaker for the majority of people. I literally have never felt the need to use it as I was so accustomed to the default aspect ratio. From now on I'll know haha

Tbh, this actually looks close to the Definitive Edition except it has lesser 3D environment and shadows, so much detail to cars and clothes too. Trilogy did great and much more pleasant to the eyes, but can say that this is also great.

Odd as it seems, one of things that sort of bugged me with the original SA was the traffic signals. They basically reused VC and GTA III versions for most of the map, which does not resemble Cali-style lights as GTAV does. Also, for ALL GTA games, the firearm sound effects aren't as good as other games, which is a crying shame. Anyway, I'd like to see what they will do with the remaster for the new-gen consoles.
