Create an ID on Xmeye or use serial number correctly and if already linked your dvr to Xmeye you will be able to see your dvr But if still you facing the problem you contact me on my IG and I will assist you with screenshot so easy for you

On your monitor - right click and under Main menu is "Guide". Click next, next and you will find a QR code for the Serial No. So in Xmeye click the ADD button and then the little scan button. Then scan the QR code and it will get the correct Serial No.

It depends on your dvr recording settings but normally recordings will be running after electric will be back but if your dvr you give supply 12 volt supply for backup even no electricity 🔌 it will continue workings

Great video thankyou! Incredibly, my system is a H 264. The XVR Pro app has disappeared from my phone so I'm looking for a way to set it up again. My device is connected to the network and cloud sharing is on. where do I find my device name?. I have my serial number but not device name.
