I don't know where the hell he got this idea from but I had two boots on my car in my lifetime all you have to do is let the air out the tire until it's flat stand on top of the yellow metal piece and jump on it and it should come off the only thing that holds that boot together is air you have to deflate it in order for it to come off the pressure holds it together . I had discovered this trick in 1992

That sounds like fake news bruh!! Lol I've torn these off no problem. The wheels I have are forged steel so stronger than the boot. The boot can be removed without breaking it or it looking fine but unable to lock on again do to some minor internal damage. Don't do this with aluminum wheels. I've done this 3 times and they never sent me a bill. The whole point of the boot is they come back to you to take it off after you pay. They don't have your info. If they did you'd get the parking ticket in the mail regardless.
