всё проще: в канцелярский/пва/момент клей добавляем графитовый порошок, капаем на место удалённого диода, даём высохнуть. эл. проводность такого слоя достаточна для запитания цепи диодов, а сопротивление почти равно сопротивлению светодиода, поэтому прослужит долго. дарю идею.

@@fredjones43 I've been replacing incandescents withe LEDs in our home for a while and wa-a-a-y too many fail prematurely. I've recently taken to marking on the base of the bulb the date I install it so I can get a clearer number of the failure rate.

Interesting fix using graphite from a pencil. However the small electrolytic capacitor (C1) near the center of the round circuit board is failing. You can tell because the plastic film on it has pulled back from the top of the capacitor body. This little repair will only last until that capacitor fails...sooner rather than later. Maybe you could do a video on simple surface mount soldering repair?

These kinds of bulbs are exclusively plastic. The better repair method is scrape away the defective led and solder that gap. I question how durable this fix is.

Часто при сковыривании светодиода отлетает вся подложка изапаять трудно к оставшейся фольге на плате, я пользуюсь острыми маникюрными бокорезами. Раздавливая светодиод постепенно в порошок, тогда подложка сохраняется и достаточно одного движения паяльником чтобы замкнуть полоску в доли милиметра

@@DIA22322 для светодиода не критично незначительное изменение тока и напряжения, помню перепутали на изделии вместо 6 вольт припаяли 12 вольт , изделие прошло мороз и печь и морской туман на прогоне и только полковник военпред обратил внимание, что уж больно ярко горит светодиод нашли причину, перепаяли и на склад готовой продукции

Если лампа сама по себе гавно дешевое, то она сгорит через неделю даже если добавить лишний светодиод. Лампам нормальных производителей пофиг недостаток одного. у меня корейская лампа горит уже год в гараже без проблем

Congratulations, you now understand how to make a resistor. Bad idea as you are now passing more current to the other LED's in the array and stressing the cap in circuit. The rest of the LED's will now fail faster. You need some resistance in the circuit, or the LED's in the circuit will fail faster. Diodes only pass voltage one way, unless it is a Zener, which will let half the forward voltage pass backwards. LED stands for Light Emitting Diode, and it has a low resistance value to make it illuminate.

Only slightly higher voltage across the other LEDs - they'll be fine for ages - especially if you drill a few googling holes in the opaque plastic "lens". It'd be quicker & better imo to dab a piece of solder on the led terminals.

Resulta que el soldar no provee la resistencia original del LED. Se quemaria un resistidor interno por el aumento de amperaje. Lo mejor seria remplazar el LED.

Best to use a meter to find the faulty led. Paper on tweezers is not a good insulator and you risk electrocution.

Судя по кукареканию за кадром операция прозводится в сельской местности а там как правило в эл сетях падение напряжения и это благотворно влияет на срок службы лампы -- увеличивает

вскоре перегорит следующий светодиод. вся проблема в плохом теплоотводе, и здесь она не решена. в дешевых лампах подложка из тонкого алюминия и сомнительный ее контакт с корпусом лампы. теплу некуда уходить. не стремитесь покупать лампы с мощностью более 7 Вт. лучше две послабее, но надежно работающие.дешевле выйдет

Привет . Спасибо за просмотр видео и комментарий. Это временный способ справиться с чрезвычайными ситуациями. Вам все равно придется заменить светодиодный чип, чтобы продлить срок службы лампы. Спасибо и наилучшие пожелания. Лучшие вещи

кстати нормальные светодиодки на 30 ват,но не всякие конечно,те что с ребристым корпусом долго не живут,а вот другие про версии вполне норм,ну у них яркость со временем немного падает,но эт у всех таких ламп так,а вот у 50 ватной светодиодки уже прилично сильней корпус греется,там рука не терпит.И как не странно еще влияет качество патрона в которую лампа вкручена,и проводов к нему,их диаметра,если там чет не так то сгорит быстро лампа

делал с ними эксперимент,вплоть до доп. радиатора на корпус,через термопасту,все дела,не помогало эт,ну фиг знает мож эт ток мне не везло с такими моделями ламп,сейчас другие лампы,проблем нет

и колбу снимал с них,тоже бестолку,там правильно как люди пишут основная причина либо напруга повышенная на светодиоды,либо ток,там спецом скорей всего так сделано,что бы долго они не работали и лучше продавались,то очевидно,маркетинг такой житрожепый,чинить эти мелкие лампы походу смысла нет

The 'lead' powder from the pencil is a resistor. The foil isn't a good resistor. It is more like a conductor than a resistor.

Much simpler than carbon as a bridge. Take a small piece of aluminum foil put in the middle of the piece of scotch tape and use it to bridge the gap.

просто срезать колпачки сразу с новой лампы ,для лучшего остывания диодов ,и проблема сгорания уйдет.Я так сделал и они перестали гореть😇just cut off the caps immediately from the new lamp, for better cooling of the diodes, and the combustion problem will go away. I did this and they stopped burning

Можно дырочки просверлить как в самом колпаке, так и теле лампы, тогда теплоотвод возрастет, а внешний вид не сильно пострадает.

Колпачки рассеивают свет. Лучше делать дырочки в них, а не срезать полностью. Я прорезал канцелярским ножом и работают уже года 4, наверное.

Good idea , of course , using a solder iron and little piece of wire to make a jumper for that LED will be much faster , but most people have no skills to do that , so this is good way to make it work 😊

You need some resistance in the circuit, or the LED's in the circuit will fail faster. Diodes only pass voltage one way, unless it is a Zener, which will let half the forward voltage pass backwards. LED stands for Light Emitting Diode, and it has a low resistance value to make it illuminate.

@@kriswingert1662 Good point , less Led's makes less resistance and more voltages are gonna dropped on other LEDs and it's will fail sooner , if it's was 4-5 LED's , but for this quantity , one LED it's just 5-7% , it's not gonna affect it much , right? 😉

Great tutorial.. The 2 bulbs I tried had all the LED working, just very low light output..seems this time a chip had gone, partly bad..maybe.. FYI..I wear a left hand glove for safety..
