Once again a very good video my friend. Please let me add my 2 cents. I've been drilling out broken bolts for over 40 years as an airplane mechanic. My word of advice is when you drill into steel its with low speed and high pressure. When you drill into non ferrous metals as aluminum and copper it is with a high speed and low pressure. That along with some good lubrication will save your drill bits from heating up and dulling out. Also if you drill steel with high speed what happens is you work harden the surface and will make it very difficult to get another bit to drill into the surface. Thanks again and I really like them easy outs your using.

saved this video to my play list and gave a thumbs up! simple, great info and no 6 minute intro to blankly stare at. i just have one critique - i would use left handed drill bits instead. sometimes the snapped off bit will twist in the direction of the drill bit, and it's better for it to come out rather than further into the hole. keep up the good work!

If you have a small MIG welder, tack a worn out driver bit to the broken bolt and then wind it out with a drill... the bonus is that the heat shocks/loosens the bond due to expansion/contraction. It works every single time. Give it a try if you don't have these ez outs but you have a wire welder...
