I have Milwaukee drill with broken chuck; bolt stripped and damaged so I drilled head off. Now can't get chuck to loosen. Have used Allen wrench in chuck to break loose chuck but no success. I don't have access to impact wrench method. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I can't get my Makita drill chuck off by hitting an Allen key with a hammer because the drill still wants to spin when I hit it even on low speed. Maybe this will do the trick !

Ever try that on a Milwaukee cordless? I used the same technique you did and nothing moved. The "experts" I spoke with said take a long bar or even a long pipe wrench and take it off. They told me Milwaukee are one of the toughest to get off!

Try more leverage. I never took a Milwaukee apart.
