Hi. I have a P2859 code. Replaced twice valve body and the same code again... maybe valve bodies are defective?

Anything you do on that tranny won’t resolve your issues. Recall! Just get one from junkyard and have the dealer reset it for you. Sorry and good luck. 👍

@@Mechanicofgod1 I guess S/He means the drive belt in the gearbox. My guess is the problem is the drive pulleys, poorly engineered and that's the source of most of the CVT gearbox problems.

21today 0 seconds ago Hi. Does anybody know if a 2011 Nissan Sentra transmission is compatible with the 2016 Nissan Sentra? The wiring on the 2016 doesn't seem to line-up/ reach the sensors on the 2011 transmission. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

those transmissions just last 100k -120k miles I don't waste time putting sensors just buy a remanufactured transmission that are very expensive due to the demand of so many transmissions that are damaged Nissan should make a recall for all the cvt transmission

I think I have this same problem on my 2013 Nissan Sentra, Which the RPM doesn’t show me enough power when I accelerate. How can I know if the CVT is the problem of my car? If you see this text can I please get a reply back.

Hi how are you doing yes you can change the valve body and you will get the result.

Every Nissan Sentra has the same problem with the accelerate issues. There is a chain inside getting bad and only one thing to do just buy an other one and you will get the result.
