How to remove a damaged Name Set... FOR FREE!!!

In today’s video I’m going to be showing how to to remove a damaged name set from a football strip! Imagine all the cheap shirt that you browse through on eBay or any charity shop which are extremely cheap but that’s because there is a name on there that is damaged or there is a random name on there! Well I’m going to show you how you can pick up cheap football shirt in good condition and reap the rewards of having a new lease of life for your purchased football strip!

Thank you mate, I wouldn’t recommend this method using an iron UNLESS you plan to use the exact same nameset to cover it mate, I’ve tried that and it only damages the shirt but like I said if you’re gonna put a nameset on to replace the old on then I’d maybe consider that your last option mate

So I’ve tried this once and it didn’t work but it’s not to say that it can’t. I’m honestly not sure of what thinner you use but I can recommend a channel called DrJersey he’s an absolute wizard on these things so I would check him out 👍🏻

I used ! Hair dryer method and removed the name! But I still got glue/gum mark ! How should I remove it

There should be an embedded way just to remove the name set without the hassle. I mean you have those 3M wall brackets for pictures that can be removed without having to put holes into walls

How much laundry detergent you used?

Hey mate, I’ll be honest I can’t really answer this one mate as I’ve never tried to take a new nameset off before, I think with the same process as the video it can still work would just maybe take longer just to break through the surface, Cheers and good luck mate 👍🏻

Hey mate, it was white spirit but didn’t have to use it in the end. And I have but it’s INCREDIBLY difficult, it can be done but it’s very time consuming so be prepared to put in the work if it’s a good condition nameset

So basically I’d only ever use it outside for starters, so basically it doesn’t harm the shirt as long as your wiping it off STRAIGHT away with boiling water, it kind of acts as a loosener for the name set BUT.... the one I got is less stronger so please DO NOT QUOTE ME 😂😂 what to do head over to a guys channel called Dr Jersey, that’s where I got the idea from and the guy is a magician!
