Thanks for sharing this, because I haven't got the Eucalyptus oil I used the nail polish removal (Acetone) and it worked just perfect without any need for ironing, very easy and fast to remove (just be careful on other signage on like a football jersey - it can accidentally be removed too if the Acetone touches it. I was removing the Premier League's numbers and names of one player my son use to like. Again, thanks for sharing.

Thanks for that, I just did the same with a footy jumper. Still got a bit of glue hanging off but the number is gone.

Your actually a champion. I have a jersey but I want to get the lettering off it... I’ve already peeled the letters off but you can still sort of see the outline of where the letters were. Will the oil get rid of that?

So mushy - it may do - it will depend on the resin/glue/gum of the lettering. Eucalyptus oil is good for removing stains and marks off most things. Good luck.

is there any substitute that i can use other than eucalyptus oil cause i’m trying to remove heat pressed world cup vinyls but i don’t want to ruin the jerseys it’s player version😊

Amazing video! thanks! I removed name &number with hair dryer. Is it possible to put on it other Nameset & number? where were the number & name it's now just black leftovers. Regards

Tamir Halevy - oh goodness, it will depend on the resin/gum from the lettering. I can only suggest to try it as the eucalyptus oil won’t damage the jumper, but my fear is that you have burnt the glue onto the jumper. You can only try, don’t be afraid to put a good amount of eucalyptus on the mark. Good luck!

No it is a natural essential oil and should not ruin any fabrics, but to be safe you could test it in an inconspicuous spot before soaking. It will not stain because it is an essential oil and evaporates unlike a carrier oil or food oil. It is extracted from gum leaves from gum trees and has many uses.

Would you say this Eucalyptus Solution works better than Acetone or Thiner (paint removal) to remove this sort of printing from Football shirts ( polyester made) ? Does it damage or stain the polyester ? Thanks !

No, it doesn’t take the colour out of fabrics like acetone can. It is an essential oil extracted from eucalyptus trees, and has many many uses.

No, eucalyptus oil is also used for stain removal.

The Bosisto Eucalyptus Oil that I used on the jersey shiney material had no residue, haze or ghosting - it was like new and the number had been ironed on, washed multiple times and attached for an entire football season.

@theserendipitylist your recommendation is really appreciated. I have used kitchen oil to remove the labels from different items and works flawlessly, I can see that this eucalyptus oil is in another level. I will try to get since this is the first time that I see it.

Thank you. I will need this to get rid of the name Urias. After he's revealed as a woman beating pos, i need to get rid of his name and just wear my Dodgers jersey as a blank jersey. I thought about burning it but friend adviced me to look up videos like this and remove the name and number instead.
