You rock. I watched 4 videos on this, just HOPING someone would show how they broke apart the concrete bulb, and you’re the first person to throw that in at the end. Thank you!

You could dig a hole in your backyard, fill it with concrete and stick up hole in it. Then, years later, when you're bored on a Sunday with nothing to do you could pull it out. Just a suggestion.

I just found your channel through a harbor freight auger review on their website & loved it! (I secretly liked your video & had an affair with the subscribe button after making a serious commitment to the like button).... Anywho, I’m not sure yet if your videos are pure comedy, but in case this is the best way you know of to remove an old post, I got you. My dad owned a fencing company in Texas & we removed literally thousands of old fence posts, stuck in Cleche (hope I spelled that right), hard Texas clay. The way we did it was with a high lift jack (put some boards under it so that it doesn’t bury itself), with a chain wrapped around the pole. Way easier & much safer. Just trying to help you.... ;)

I did something similar to pull a broken fencepost out of the ground. Much easier than digging the whole thing up.

Applying tapping oil to the Drill Bit and Hole will allow you to Drill it with little to no torque and just overall make the process a sh*t ton easier

Lowering the height of your fulcrum & using hydraulic force while lowering your applied force point on the end of your beam is what made the difference. Thanks for sharing!

Entertaining as always. Your Spark review might just be my favorite amateur car bit of all time, (blue balls killed me...epic)! That made me go test drive one and while I agreed with everything you said, I didn't buy it. High insurance and no fast charge option was the deal breaker. I was wondering if u still have the Tesla S? I've been watching for the review, still planning to do it?

Another solution that would have worked would have been to place the hydraulic jack as you did & then rope/chain & stake the other end of the beam to the ground & then apply hydraulic force to the other end of the beam to lift the beam that is connected by chain to the pole.

All the dirt packed around the concrete makes it ruff to break up concrete with such a weak tool. It's like it absorbs the hits or something.
