How to remove a toy out of a toilet

Also wanted to say thanks for the video! Saved me 400-500$ the plumber would of charged. Used the shop vac in one end and jammed through the stuck princess poop toy with a bent thick hanger. After about 10 minutes princess poop was sucked up by the shop vac. Put a new wax seal on and toilet flushes like brand new again for $4 😅😊

@@laquandagadson7540 yes! For me at least the shop vac removed the water enough for it to float back into the toilet. I did accidentally remove too much water though and exposed the P-trap and the house smelled for a good hour 🤣

A highlighter got flushed down my toilet what’s the best thing I should do? The toilet flushes and it’s not clogged but I haven’t tried to flush toilet paper down there yet? Do you think the highlighter got flushed through pipes into the septic? Any info helps thanks!!

Your best bet is to pull the toilet out and really check/ inspect underneath, it sounds like it will be and issue if it’s not addressed. In my honest opinion, it’s is a regular sized highlighter it’s deff stuck in there. Good luck let me know what you end up doing!

Just using a vacuum worked for me... Was able to use my small vacuum and the hose was able to go far enough to suck the lime my kid flushed out. Thanks for the trick...

You can try it with out the vacuum, it’s just easier to remove all the remaining water in the toilet with it.

Another option would be to use gloves and grab a towel and a bucket and get the water out that way so that you can pull the toilet off.

Why is your toilet so dirty? And you're supposed to put the wax ring on the toilet flange on the ground first , not the toilet bowl and you should've changed the toilet bolts bc they are rusted.

It’s really not even dirty lmao. Pull your toilet up I guarantee you’ll find the same. The brown in the bottom could be from not being able to properly flush it till it was fixed or could be just mineral buildup from the well water.

Nothing, you can still remove what’s in there, the vacuum just helps remove water / and can get something stuck in there easier, but if you don’t have a vacuum, pull the toilet out and use hanger / snake to pull/ push item out good luck!
