I haven't made a video like that in almost 3 years, and I checked probably every video I made of that subject on my channel and I don't see your comment. But anyway, you got a few things wrong with your specs that you told me. The only CPU that actually can really get 64GB of DDR3 RAM, that's not an Xeon or server CPU would be the i7 5820K, which can support DDR3 or DDR4 depending on what motherboard you get. So you obviously have DDR4 memory. Next you said your CPU wrong. There's no such thing as an i7 6400K. It's the i7 6700K. But to be that incorrect about your hardware is rather odd, so you are either lying or you just don't know that much about your hardware but you actually do have those specs. But yeah, if you want to be straight up. Yeah, upgrading does speed up the OS a lot.

@@HDgamingxbox360HD yes I am not lying I would send you a picture of the pc tower that I am buying of ebay (it is a bid) and in discreption of listing the specs where those thx for telling me those where wrong because I was going to buy that but I now know that is a scam thx to u and I don't know about the computers a lot the only thing I know is u need a good graphics card to run good games and gud video btw

Don't do this instead right click your desktop and go to Display Settings after go to Notifications & actions and after find the setting that says "Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows" and turn it off and reboot and you will never have this problem and it takes 30 seconds.

I just did that a few hours ago, popped up just a few hours ago while my desktop was idling for 6 hours straight.
