Next time, if you get it from home depot, don't order online. Order in-store. They use different delivery crews believe it or not. My fridge was stuck in my garage, after 3 delivery crews refused to take the doors off to bring the fridge up the stairs. The biggest crew had five morons.. Then I went into the store and they sent out another totally different company and they got it up in 5 minutes with just two guys that were about 6" shorter and 50lbs lighter. No sweat. Real pros. I'll never order appliances from HD online again. I only did that time because when I went in to buy, the store was closing soon and there was little time.

My friend… you TOTALLY saved our lives with this video! So incredible! When we first got our Samsung fridge, they delivered it and, in a fast and furious lighting storm, took off the doors, and undid the wiring, just to be able to get it in the door! We never blinked an eye or asked how they did it. Well, welcome Aug 2023 and we’re in the process of moving- our first move with our 3 yr-old and 1yr-old, and even our hired movers had no idea how to get this out the door and into our new home! Are used to deliver appliances from Lowe’s 30 years ago and ran into a lot of scenarios where doors had to come off, but these newer models are a bit different than what I did with.

Why not just depress the left and right freezer drawer locking tabs and slide the whole freezer drawer out? No need to unbolt. This is what I observed a repair man do when servicing my freezer compartment fan.
