I don't think you want to put that sealant out of a tube on that surface, because the intake seam pieces against the cylinder head get really hot as the engine is in operation

have you clean the valve intake v/vs stem? this is must the carbon accumulated in the stem causes to block the air to enter the combustion chamber, on your video it seems the valve is not being clean, if ever worrying of carbon deposit drop to the piston top you can turn the engine manually until the v/vs is close

Dapat Boss nagreplace kayo ng bagong Throttle Body at Intake Manifold Gasket. Magkaka air at fuel leak iyan kung hindi na gaanong lapat mounts nila.

Modern intake manifold have sensor at the top, so you cannot use water to clean it, it can cause damage to electric system

Hello! yes that is why the video is only applicable to toyota vios 2012 model. We advice to double check the manifold assembly carefully.

After wash It need reset computer and do need WAit few hours for dry then install back ? (Toyota altis 2002 1.8cc)

Hi keith. after washing the manifold, make sure to dry it before reinstallation. The computer will reset automatically since we have removed the battery. When you start the engine, expect higher rpm but it will go back to normal after 2-5 mins drive.

Sir tanong ko lang nung naglinis ako ng intake manifold. Nagloko ung idle ko. Pag nka On AC bumababa rpm s 400. Tpos namamatay. Tpos prang may pumupugak sa tambutso pag nka park n umaandar. Nakadyot din pag nanakbo.ano kya problema? Vios gen. 2 din po. Salamat

Hi good evening sir. Possible leaking or hindi nailapat ng tama yung intake manifold during reinstallation. you can check also the throttle body sir bka madumi n rin. Check nyo rin sir yung mga hose kung naibalik ng mabuti. and last is baka may naiwan pang water sa manifold at hindi n dry bago ireinstall.

@@SundayBuddySolutions check ko ung mga hose bukas sir. N dry ko mabuti sir ginamitan ko ng compress air tapos air blower tpos bnilad ko pa.tpos blower ulit bgo ikabit. Malinis nmn throttle body ko.evry 6months naglilinis ako. Nung paghugot ko nung maliit n hose s manifold medyo mahigpit xa.inalog alog ko lng kya nhugot.cguro don ung leak.salamat sir. Hi Claire! It's normal to expect higher rpm after cleaning the throttle body. The reason is that the clean throttle body allows more air movement in the engine and in response, the computer system in the car compensates by adding more fuel. As a result we observe high rpm. So after cleaning the throttle body, turn on the engine and have at least 2-5 mins ride. after that, the Rpm by that time is expected to go back to normal. if not, try to consider other factors such as improper reinstallation, damaged MAF sensor, etc.... Yan yung inexpect kong isasama sa paglinis ng throttle body nung dinala ko sa 1 shop yun auto ko.. (@_@) Anyways.. May iba pa bang paraan para malinis yan nang hindi binabaklas? May port ba na pwede pasukan ng carb/throttle cleaner? Or gas treatment na lang para madamay sa linis yan? Salamat. :)
