Today I followed the video replaced my regulator. Thanks for the detailed info. As I asked in another comment, my window was stuck at the top position, I couldn't let the motor move the window down to the point to undo the locks. What I did was to first remove the 5 torx screws of the regulator, then the two tracks of the regulator could move, not completely free, but I managed to get some wiggle room to reach my hand in, and managed to release the two locks. It took me quite a while. The front one(close to engine compartment) was easy to release since the wiggle room was relatively big so I could bend my fingers, I really had a hard time to release the second lock, but I did it at the end. Then afterwards, the work was not that hard. In my case, I didn't need to remove the speaker, just needed to release the speaker wire for convenience. One more thing, to replace the glass in, I had to remove the inner glass seal piece first, then it turned to be a lot easier to see how the glass went in, and locked the glass in place. My car is a Focus 2012.

Why are your replacing motor if it works lol most people's windows are not working which is why. We're trying to figure out how to remove it

there is also a screw behind the reflector which just unclips

If the motor is dead,remove the 4 silver screws that hold the tracks to the door, and the one black screw the hold the motor to the door. Move the track toward the front of the door,exposing the motor. Remove the 3 screws that hold the silver cover of the motor. Once that is off,you can pull out the armature, and then u can push the window down manually.
