The glove box can not be removed as the key assembly will not rotate with or without the key. any suggestions

Excellent video..however..I discovered my 2010 e93 328l has an airbag near or attached to the glovebox with a black cable, The abs logo is on the glovebox Once I saw that...I backed off and reattached my glovebox ... in the end I was able to get my blower fan working...it was a loose cable

Ahhh I was curious why the BMW TIS procedure said to disconect bat cable. Some cars have them I guess?
