How to remove and install a flan clutch on a 1999 Jeep Wrangler. This is on the Sahara edition, 4.0 liter, 6 cylinder, automatic transmission. Should be a similar procedure for other years. Typically a fan clutch only needs to be replaced when overheating at idle, however when you already have to remove the fan clutch for other jobs, it is easiest to replace it then.
