question for you, i want to use the metal from the can in model making projects, google has shown me your video first. would this work for normal cans like bud, Heineken. whatever i can get my hands on. or does the type of can have to be specific like yours

@@richardbulmer8269 If the cans are printed directly into the aluminum like the bigger breweries, you can simply cut it with scissors. Try making a starter hole near the top. An xacto knife will work too. You can be a little rough with cutting the top and bottom off and flattening the can. Then make nice clean cuts once it's flat.
