You can not even imagine sir what a help you have done. My acer laptop BIOS get protected by a BIOS password. I did not set it up. I was really in depression since few months. Reset the CMOS etc. Just tries all things whatever I heard from internet. Today I saw your video blog and video and able to unlock my BIOS. Just a big thanks. And be a follower many blessings I am giving to you. Happy new year. May god keep you healthy always. Just no words to explain my happiness. I literally cried when I saw my BIOS menu.

Only problem with this is I have an Acer laptop and when I put in the incorrect password three times or more it says system will halt.... doesn't give me the option that you get after pressing enter a few times I get system will Halt and it needs to be restarted again

And here I disassembled the damn thing, took batteries out, waited for hours for all residual charge to dissipate, had to download FreeDos to update bios since I use Linux, turns out the master password is the one you have to use. Thanks!!!!!!!

Really weird. I have a Travelmate P258-M and after entering the pin the screen goes black.. If I enter an incorrect pin, the correct message appears. Thus the pin generated by biosbug should be correct, but why is nothing displayed? Have you had a similar problem or do you have an idea what could be the problem? Already tried an bios update and it´s an 8digit pin btw. edit- oh and the backlight is still on

Hi thank you so much for the video . I used it on a Acer Aspire A515-51g. It came up with a 10 digit unlock password . When i entered it into the Biosbug page ( using the 10 digit unlocker) and clicked on send request it came back with a 16 digit password made up of numbers and letters. Straight away i thought this is not a good sign . Anyway i tried it and sure enough it didn't work . I tried probably another 4 or 5 times, I then had to shut down the laptop and have lunch. When i came back i thought i will give it one more try and sure enough STRAIGHT INTO THE BIOS . Also once i got to security section the Supervisor Password was already cleared for me. I hope this helps someone. Thanks again for your video. If i could donate i would.
