Awesome, I have been dreading this simple task because I hate C-clips lol. Nice to see someone else do it first. Socket trick too, nice! Cheers!

Very helpful tips you have shared. Lots of repair videos on your channel. I'm wondering are you up for a collaboration on lawn mower or other outdoor power equipment repair. Hipa Parts supplies high quality aftermarket parts and maybe we could collaborate to help more DIY repairers?

That sounds great! I’m always getting into something and could show how to fix something using hipa parts. I order a lot of them on Amazon by the way. Oil & air filters are pretty affordable and do just as good as the oem. It makes doing tuneup on a machine, a lot cheaper and the average DYI person appreciates the savings.

@@Lawnmowercare I'm glad that you're interested and I'm sure working with a repair veteran like you we can help more DIYers. How can I reach out to you by the way?

Recently had a starter and the clip was giving me a problem but I got to clip off finally and I wished I'd known about the socket trick when I put it back on, another very good tip thank you!
