Do a trackday and request to follow a track coach. Once he's got you on the race line your confidence will increase and your chicken strips will disappear

Weather here in Ontario sucks as well.. I got a 2012 ninja 250 sitting in a garage.. I live on very flat land with 99% straightaway roads. Tired of replacing tires cause of them being flat in the center and causing an issue when I do finally come up on the only (literally only twisty spot) for over 100 miles. Causes traction issues when leaning due to the sheer size of chicken strips on the tires. I need to move to save my tires at this rate. I swear I live in the only place on earth where 99% of the roads are literally straight. Just straight. Highways included.

My 7yrs riding question resolved. I never would be “street ghost rider”. It doesn’t matter I have a Yamaha R6 !bmw s1000r or Ducati products . I ride my own ride . Thanks for your video I no longer will have chicken strips 😂 😂 😂

@channelofstuff ok. As you use proper body position your lean angle is reduced at a given pace, which means that you can pick up the pace again. Same for proper line selection. As you select the correct lines, your lean is reduced for a given pace, meaning you can pick up the pace again. There is a reason the all the A group people (like me) at track days have ZERO chicken strips. Let me guess, you’re going to find a way to disagree with that too?
