Hi. Yes, I have a couple videos on how to manually clean Epson printheads. The printers in the videos are possibly different from your model, but the process is same, printheads should be of similar concept. Excellent video, my only criticism would be to put the comment 'make sure the cartridges are >50%' at the beginning when showing the ink levels, rather than at the end.

Hi, I have a WF-3540 and the printing function does not work. I cleaned the print head and added new ink. Instead of printing it just spits out blank paper and and then jams at the end. Wifi, scanning, etc. works, and the software has been updated. Any ideas on how to fix it? I would hate to chuck it and produce more eWaste.
