My dog scratched up the top leather portion of the door panel, does the entire door panel need to be replaced or is can that piece be disassembled from the panel?

How difficult is it to remove the trim on the door ? do you have to remove the panels or you can just remove it ? thanks !

Not sure. I have never taken the trim off. But most likely you do have to remove the whole door panel
