What if the bearing is REALLY stuck. My drum rotates so it’s not hung up but I can’t get it off. I think it’s the bearing is stuck.

Slide hammer the hub off, but make sure there are no obstruction first. Depending on why it's stuck, the spindle may be ruined.

@@rileykortemusic I'm guessing you don't have a slide hammer kit, if you asked that question. Use the hub plate attachment.
