I like these short burst style tutorial approaches. When I saw the header, I was expecting some long, drawn out 20min yackety yacking with a product placement stuck in there somewhere. This style feels more efficient. It just shows us the goal, and gives enough info to get the ball rolling. I think most of us can figure out things after that anyway, to whatever we're working on. Hello justin! any chance you could tell me how i could remove the background and then export the video with transparency? i.e. the only alpha channel being the subject

You have to use render settings with this alfa. It will be: 1) Format - QuickTime 2) Apple Prores with Alfa or GoPro Cineform with Alfa

Okay, so I'm having a problem. I did this and it worked fine but when I exported the video and went to put it on another video I am working on... it does not filter out the black background. Is there a specific way I am supposed to export this video to make the background permanently transparent?
